Every KarensWreaths piece is handmade to order in our studio, so please read our timeline carefully before ordering.
Processing time: Please allow 10 working days for us to hand make your wreath after your order is placed. We won't rush the process because we refuse to compromise on quality.
Shipping time: Once your wreath is finished, it ships within 5-7 working days via a trusted carrier. You'll receive tracking as soon as it leaves the studio.
Total time from order to doorstep: approximately 3-4 weeks.
Shipping destinations: We currently ship within [United States / North America — edit to fit]. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.
Address changes: If you need to update your shipping address, message us within 24 hours of ordering. Once your wreath is in production or has shipped, we cannot change the address.
Lost or stolen packages: Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If tracking shows an issue in transit, contact us and we'll help file a claim with the carrier.

From the grapevine base to the last rhinestone, everything is placed with intention so no two wreaths are ever exactly alike. You're not buying decor, you're buying a one-of-a-kind piece made just for your door.

Because each wreath is crafted from scratch after you order, please allow 10 working days for us to hand make yours to our quality standard, followed by 5-7 working days for shipping. We won't rush the process because we refuse to compromise on the craftsmanship you're paying for. You'll receive tracking the moment it ships.

Yes. We build every wreath on a heavy-duty grapevine base with premium deco mesh and weather-resistant faux florals so the color stays vibrant season after season. For the longest life, hang it on a covered porch or door out of direct sun and heavy rain. Treat it right and it'll be a statement piece for years, not weeks.

Every wreath is inspected and packed with care. We back it with a 30-day warranty— if anything shows up damaged, message us within 30 days with photos and we'll make it right. Because each piece is made-to-order, we don't accept returns on undamaged orders.
