Every KarensWreaths piece is handmade and inspected before it leaves the studio. We back every wreath with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.
If your wreath arrives damaged, defective, or falls apart under normal indoor or covered-porch use within 30 days, message us with clear photos of the wreath and packaging and we'll repair, replace, or refund it — your choice. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and shipping damage only. It does not cover damage from direct sun, heavy rain, snow, wind, pets, or normal wear beyond the covered use described in our care guide.
Because every wreath is handmade to order and unique to you, we don't accept returns or exchanges on undamaged orders outside of this warranty. Please double-check your address and style before placing your order.

From the grapevine base to the last rhinestone, everything is placed with intention so no two wreaths are ever exactly alike. Because each wreath is crafted from scratch after you order, please allow 10 working days for us to hand make yours to our quality standard, followed by 5-7 working days for shipping. We won't rush the process because we refuse to compromise on the craftsmanship you're paying for. You'll receive tracking the moment it ships.

Yes. We build every wreath on a heavy-duty grapevine base with premium deco mesh and weather-resistant faux florals so the color stays vibrant season after season. For the longest life, hang it on a covered porch or door out of direct sun and heavy rain. Treat it right and it'll be a statement piece for years, not weeks.
